For more than 13 years, while applying my expertise in implementing sustainable business practices, alongside I have also trained many professionals and students in various organizations, corporates, and educational institutes about sustainability and climate change.
I create and deliver bespoke training courses as per client requirements. Also, consulting is provided to design and create clients with in-house training and learning programs.
Who can attend my sustainability training? Any professionals or executives at any career level who are either new to sustainability or facing challenges executing sustainable changes. Any business or start-up owner or Eco-pruners that wants to understand thorough details of sustainable business practices. Any individual, who wants to contribute to climate action and wants to learn about sustainability principles.

The coaching programs below can range from strategic advice, detailed understanding of region-specific sustainability, support to troubleshooting, sustainability leadership training, and hands-on implementation of an existing sustainability initiative. The tailor-made program can be created to suit your requirements, goals, brand, and audience. You will get advice, ideas, support as well as relevant industry connections and recommendations from me.
These courses are available in two formats. You can choose either short courses of 1-hour duration or more detailed, 4 hours long courses which include exercises, hand-on activities, etc. These courses also can be delivered in the form of corporate talks for your staff. I have been mentoring many startup owners, students, and Ecopruners over the last 5 years. For mentorship, you can either opt for 3 months long mentorship package or a quick 40 minutes mentoring call (book here). 3 Months Mentorship package includes a private call or in-person meetings (minimum 3) along with tailor-made advisory to suit the stage of your business/career as well as to reach your goals. The mentoring packages also include basic sponsorship and membership opportunities via Sustainability Tribe.
Mentoring social or sustainability-focused startups & small businesses including sustainability consultancy as well as ethical marketing based on the stage of the business.
This includes mentoring University students for academic projects and research.
Over the last 10 years of my blogging journey, I have seen many bloggers/influencers passionate about protecting our environment, who also influence consumer decisions. However, truthfully I always felt that just by gaining a little more domain knowledge, these lovely and hard-working bloggers and influencers can do much better and sustain doing what they love for a longer time.
